Returns & Refunds
At WHYTABS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has shipped, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened products upon request, subject to availability.
Exceptions
Products that are opened, used beyond inspection, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
