WHYTABS LLC: Refund Policy
Love it in 30 days or your money back
We want you to love brushing with whytabs. If it isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order. No need to send anything back.
How to request a refund (within 30 days of delivery)
- Email hello@whytabs.com.
- Use your order number and the word "Refund" as the subject line. Example: #1234 Refund request.
- Optional: tell us in a sentence what didn't work for you. It helps us improve.
We'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of your email. You keep the product. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few extra days to show on your statement.
Days 31 to 60: returns
After the 30-day guarantee, you have 30 more days (up to 60 days from delivery) to return your order for a refund:
- Email hello@whytabs.com with your order number and "Return request" in the subject line. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the product back to us. The customer covers the cost of the return shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund and return requests are not accepted more than 60 days after delivery.
Subscriptions
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Renewal orders can be skipped or canceled anytime before they are charged from Manage subscription. If a renewal was charged and has not shipped yet, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund it in full. See our Subscription Policy for details.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you, with no need to return anything.
Order cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund it in full. Just email us as soon as possible.
